  Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (William Fèvre's Vineyards - Chablis): Walkaround tasting with producers. Floral with apple and pear. Richer than Bougros Côte Bouguerots, but less intensity or brightness.

  Helles Gelb. Die Nase ist sauber, feinduftig, tief, mineralische Komponenten, helle Frucht, florale Töne, Bienenwachs, sehr verspielt. Im Gaumen elegant, klar und rein wie ein Bergbach, das hat Rasse, Frische und Eleganz, wirkt leichtfüssig, hallt lange nach. Ein sehr schöner Wein. 2023-2035

  Merchant walkabout tasting of the 2021 burgundy vintage in bottle. I really liked this vintage, the wines were showing well. It is lighter and crisper than the 2020, more open at this stage and easier to drink, but there is no under-ripeness. Comparing it to recent vintages, I see it as a slightly cooler version of 2017. TN: As so often the Fèvre were not among my favorite whites, very light, tutti frutti and not much other aroma.
