For a Beaujolais Nouveau at this price point, quite good. Purple and blue fruit with some strawberry and chalk on both nose and palate. Slightly hot and astringent on opening but settles down a little bit with an hour of air. Good but not great; it certainly has character and does not strike me as a mass produced or generic wine.
Drank over 2 nights; I had a glass. Vvv

Juicy red and purple fruit, some earth and stone, light tannin for a bit of crunch, though seemed not quite as lush as I recall last vintage I had some years ago. That said is a refreshing companion to Thanksgiving turkey and sides, especially when most folks are not paying much attention to wine. Normally I hunt for Chermette, but next year might try some other options. Finished a half bottle two days after and it seemed a bit fuller, and fruit showed a bit more.

Beautiful Beaujolais tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Jubey red berry, sweet spice, fresh, easy, simple with a silky burr supporting the fruit, surprisingly long. Nice
