Two hour double decant. Golden yellow color. Lemon curd, meringue, ginger, and subtle gardenia and sweet cream cheese. Dry and modestly creamy palate. Somewhat sharp acidity.
This is very youthful and will absolutely improve. It’s very nice now with proper aeration. Enjoyed at a nice lunch in Bryan, TX with Decanting Queen and our spouses.
