Nose: nuts, cured meat, smoke, truffles, hints of rose
Notes: by whatever definition or spectrum you wish to place this wine on, I'm sure it's giving a very good try as this shows very decent complexity and harmony for a village wine (this is the part where we will be forcefully ignoring the price of the wine). The nose is quite impressive with a true intensity to it. I quite liked this wine and especially coming from a cool vintage like 2021 I actually feel the wine is somewhat approachable even at this very young age.
