  FROM THOMAS WINES WEBSITE:
  A blend of Shiraz from the Ridgeview, Sweetwater, Pokolbin Estate (Kiss and Dam Blocks), Cote D'or vineyards (in that order). An incredibly concentrated, yet inherently approachable medium-bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz. Typically blue fruited with some lifted spicy notes and a supple tannin structure that screams out for a second glass. The deliciously supple tannins envelop the dark and red-fruited core, providing a wine that suits current drinking or short to mid-term cellaring.

In the mouth it has slight sour and savoury black fruits, drying coarsely textured tannins, a touch of alcohol warmth. Meh.
