opened and enjoyed with grass fed beef tenderloin roast. Good pairing as its not too tannic but the blend complements mild Brandon Natural Beef grass fed beef perfectly

Very strong cassis note right on opening, mellowed nicely with time. Good body and nice fruit - not complex, but pleasant. Mild tannins and short finish. No flaws. Did not hold well for next day. PAR.

Really nice Carmenere blend here. Better after a day or so. smooth, round tannins.

Dark and rich but slightly unbalanced with not quite enough acidity to balance the oaky notes. Good but not great, and ready to drink.
