  Ruby/purple color. Nose is mature, red cherry cordial and bay/mint, some red raspberry. Mocca and earth. The entry is saturated with deep raspberry and mocca. There is a sense of good acidity in the middle, but it seems to lack the energy to drive through the finish. Very pleasant drink.

  An opaque deep ruby color was a good hint of what was to come. The nose was darker than the last wine, with cassis, asian spices, baking chocolate and blackberries. A brooding nose, almost meaty. The palate was full bodied and brooding as well. At first holding close to the vest, but then releasing darkfruits, some sage, mineral, and bitter chocolate. This is a layered wine in need of some time. 92+ for me. Most others liked it more than I.
