1/3. Bright apricot-gold color. A bit of doughy-sweet sulfur blows off readily with some agitation. Steadily emergent stone fruits fill the generous, transparent texture of a drink. Core acidity pulses without aggression. (Mulled melon, straw, berry, mint frosting.) Printers' ink bitterness adds to the finish. Sweet, organized bones. Tannins are a fine tissue. Lots of flavor. Hardly mainstream, but certainly presentable and, I expect, ever moreso after a few months' rest in the cellar. 24 HOURS later from a pour measured at 50° F—meaning, the bottle is cold. Today it's more polished and sophisticated. Luxurant aromas of pesto and peach. Tannins are thorough and fine. Bitterness has largely melted into the fabric. It attenuates nicely as it drinks, and even begins to resemble precision. And indica.

Lightly aromatic, green herbs, golden translucent appearance. Honeysuckle, medium bodied, astringent, slightly metallic. Salty and savoury finish. Very good.

Nice texture, very sulfuric on the nose which did not blow off over the course of 2 hours
