  醒酒一小时，浑浊中金黄色，闻香有动物皮毛味，还有浸皮带来的橘皮，柚子皮香气，刺槐花和金银花的花香，柠檬的果味，以及石灰的气息，入口酸度中等偏高，酒液咸，收口微甜，橘皮，白花混合着草药的香气，后段辛辣感明显带着一些苦味，余味柑橘和白花香气。相对于传统的白葡萄酒口感有些奇特，结构和表现形式都不一样，又有着一些深邃的复杂度区别于一般的自然酒。喝起来有一种甘甜的汁水感，果汁感超过了酒的结构感，甚至有点像酸啤。它实在是过于独特，不是每个人都会喜欢的风格，但对于一支霞多丽来说，世界上应该再也找不到第二支这么特别的霞多丽了。

  At Ceraldi, Wellfleet, Mass., with halibut: This appeared late in a long meal with a large group of boisterous friends, more focussed on conversation than on drinking, so it didn't receive the attention it deserves, as a complex, challenging wine with a lot concealed behind the reduced, oxidative facade.

  Slightly reductive style. Chestnut, butter, bread. Pretty rounded acidity, bright but short-length, silky palate.

  This level of good at this level of wild is a rare special find. Usually there's a tradeoff. Slatnik is a strike with no bumpers. A very special bottle.
  
  Beautiful copper tinted pumpkin ale. An aromatic journey with a beginning, a middle, and end - on loop.
  
  Yellow canned peaches, orange zest, thyme. And then creeping curls of incense - a lift, higher registers and piercing perfumes of rosewater, potpourri, and butterscotch.
  
  The flavors are concentrated and lengthy. Sweet salted tangerine, furry dried apricot. Really concentrated and powerful and also dynamic - this thing moves.
