Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): Gamey and meaty wild ferment, dark hued fruit is slightly subsumed by this. In the mouth it's juicy savoury, dark hued fruits, pretty, tannins are more mineral than oak here. Very good.
