  • Such a pretty wine. I was worried about the 15% ABV, but it was not the least bit hot. Essentially popped and poured at 40 degrees F. Such complexity on the nose, with a sweet spiciness- mixture of citrus peel, oak, hazelnut , and white flowers. The palate is unique too, with slight phenolic bitterness. Very long finish. I fear I would have guessed viognier on a blind tasting because it is so aromatic. I see some recommendations to wait until 2025, but to me it’s ready now.

  • Floral nose with white flesh fruit notes, deft use of neutral oak, beautiful balanced acidity, adding an enticing spicy edge to an otherwise smooth mouthfeel. Continued to open in glass during the evening, revealing great depth of subtle flavors. Classy and mouthwatering.
