(Fourrier Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Combe Aux Moines") Pure and silky with a great nose of earth, red fruits, loads of spice and flowers. Incredibly floral. Just a great Burg nose. The palate was just perfect. Balance, concentration, ripeness and just the right amount of opulence.
