  91% Cabernet Sauvignon,
  4% Petit Verdpt, 3% Cabernet Franc, 1% Syrah, 1% Caménère
  from the century old vineyards Puente Alto and Pirque Viejo at
  the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Maipo Valley at ~570 m
  with stony, gravelly alluvial soils and vines planted since 1987.
  De-stemmed. Fermented in closed stainless steel tanks at 26°C-28°C.
  Spontaneous malolactic.
  Aged 16 months in French oak barrels and 5,000L botti from Piemonte.
  14.5% Abv.
  
  History: Concha y Toro’s founded in 1883 by Melchor Concha y Toro.
  Now the largest producer and exporter of wines from Latin America
  with more than 10,000 hectares of vineyards in Chile, Argentina and
  the United States producing 16+ brands in Chile alone.
  Marqués de Casa Concha is made at the Puente Alto Cellar.

  B(alance)=2: Fresh fruit with adequate structure.
  C(omplexity)=2: Berries, bell pepper, vanilla, licorice.
