I let it out for about an hour before we enjoyed it. My daughter had fixed stuffed chicken breasts (ricotta and spinach), and had some small pizzas with a pepper onion chutney and this wine really worked. It was a lush golden colr that slithered won the Riedels. Lots of tingling mineral, pears, and appricots. Only have one left and want to let round out some more.

Crisp minerality highlights the pear fruit and leaves the oak barely perceptible. Crisp acidity allows a clean finish. This is drinking well now.
