  This wine very nice but left me confused.
  The dose was all tertiary - mushrooms, savoury and dirty notes but overall quite pleasant
  The palate was still very fruity, with riper apples and herbs but also mushroom notes.
  The sweetness had almost completely integrated and I would describe this, now, as off-dry. Of similar sweetness to a feinherb from the Mosel.
  Outstanding length
  What left me confused if whether this wine, having lost the fruit on the nose, is on the decline and would have been best 3-5 years ago; or, given all the fruit on the palate, if it’s just in an awkward spot and needs another 5 years. Regardless, it was very enjoyable tonight.
  Benefits from ~30 minutes of air - but didn’t change much over the course of the evening (and, if anything, improved slightly)
