  quality mature Italian wine tasting (at my home): dark transparent red-brown
  intense acetone nose with tertiary leather notes
  light-medium bodied, soft firm tannins, excellent structure and complexity, well balanced, classic Barbaresco finish and aftertaste.
  drink now.
  
  15 hours later: the wine is fully aired, still very enjoyable and in excellent condition.
