Wine meet – Chambertin @ Lars: The most mature of the three Potel grand cru Gevreys. Fine red fruit but still quite deep and powerful although not so complex. Beginning sous bois notes. Fine now with integrated tannins.

From a magnum. Beautiful wine - dry, perfectly integrated fruit, acid and gentle tannin. This is in a really good place - I'm going to drink my remaining bottles soon.

Still youthful primary fruit, with som tertiary notes. Medium concentration and finish.

Developed. Some attractive spice and undergrowth notes. Not the finest tannins or GC depth.
