F**king hell! This is mind-blowingly extravagant. An exquisitely elegant version of a rich Australian Shiraz of yore with beautiful liquorice, mint, sarsaparilla, cardamom, rubber balloons, juicy fruits (plum compote, raspberry jam)... Long, balanced, ridiculously pleasing, superlative tannins, long, brilliant structure, scorched earth and long...
Surpsrisingly: Didn't manage to cut through the high grade wagyu steak.
6 hrs later: Falling apart, oxidization increasing, still delicious but more linear... (not downgraded).
If this btl is a reflection of your bottle, drink sooner after plop, rather than after long airing.

Wirklich toller Wein!! - Konzentrierte Farbe, nur ein wenig bräunlicher Stich zu sehen - Noch eine tolle Frucht, kein Spur des Alters zu merken - Schwerer Wein mit gut integrierten Taninnen.

Mixed Priorat Tasting: Dense blackberry fruit with lots of tannins. Enough tannins to keep it fresh and lively but the wine is perhaps a bit uniform and singular. Bordeaux-like..

Quite complicated cork, used two blades. Put vertical one day in advance to avoid heavy sediment.
Opened 4 hours in advance, not decanted, just opened the shoulder
Eye: Garnet red, medium long legs
Nose: Balsamic notes of thyme, menthol. Mature fruit nose, very balanced and elegant for being a Priorat. It continued to evolve for 2 hours during the evening. Very long
Mouth: well integrated tannins and a good acidity. Pure velvet
Impressive balsamic nose

a bit disappointing , this was very one dimensional. Fruit was not very forward , tannins were. After a few hours this didnt really improve. Good at best
