Opened this after a long drive back from Montreal over a late dinner. Unscrewed poured and drank...........awesome. Classic Shiraz, tasting "big" but not harsh, lots of subtelties and undertones; thank goodness I bought more than one bottle.

Consumed over a 3 day period with and without food. Nice raspberry and blackberry fruit. Just a bit of tannin, nice acdity, medium body, very pleasant. Excellent QPR. This is the last bottle of a case I purchased some time ago, before joining CT. I enjoyed them all, and not one of them was corked.

Not bad at all. Some nice fruit and wood; paired pretty well with the London broil. I think this is a $15-$20 wine and I have to say that for that price it's a good buy for those who like Aussie shiraz...not too hot which is my most frequent complaint.

Unscrewed and poured. Deep red/purple hue. Forward aromas of black cherry, blackberry liqueur, melted black licorice, herbs, and a touch of coconut. Classic Shiraz. Medium-plus body. Hedonistic on the palate, with forward flavors of blackberry, chocolate covered cherries, anise, and a touch of toasted oak. Round, slightly chewy tannins on the moderate finish. Archetypal Aussie Shiraz, should age well for years but is drinking perfectly at the moment and will satiate the appetite of anyone looking for this type of wine.
