  • Still very primary, opened 2 hours before started drinking. Dark red fruit nose with dried meat, spices and residual oak. Palate with good ripeness and transparency, need active swirling to extract the most out of the nose. Good balance with great acidity lift, medium plus finish with lots of fine tannins, overall still needs a lot of cellaring time. Lovely Echezeaux. Would love to revisit this in the future.
