Very good wine which delivers lots of pleasure. Considering the small price it’s even outstanding! Complex, multi-layered, round, smooth, soft. Red fruit, cherry, red currant. Wood, leather. A touch of vanilla. Very important: don’t give too much air! The wine opens already after 5 minutes, and many of the secondary aromas disappear quickly. I was using a vacuum pump on the bottle after each glass - lucky me!

This is a very nice, if somewhat softer rendition for a St. Estephe, but is also a good value in the $15 range. Has a fairly dark color, and a slightly spicy aroma such as cloves and nutmeg. Medium bodied, with a moderately mineral finish. Will probably hold for 5+ years, but I'd consider drinking this now through 2015 as it is likely peaking.

Need at least an hour of decanting. After that, exploded with a lot of cassis, dark fruits, new leather, and spice. Long and satisfying finish.

Not a top st estephe, 2007 lacks complexity, but easy drinking.

Good but not great bottle. Not much aroma and somewhat thin. Needs a few more years.
