  Outstanding delicious bottle with housemade pizza night. The Zin is dialed in right now. Tart strawberry, cranberry, red stone fruits. Spice Box. Loved the bottle.

  Sandalwood, cherry compote, cinnamon, tomato skin and currant on the nose. Zesty palate of savory herbs, gazpacho, warm brown spices and dried/macerated red fruit. Acid is good, drinks a bit warm. 15.9% in 2006?? Not much youth left. Drink now.

  Getting a bit brown at its edges, but still holding strong on the nose and on the palate. Still, 12 years in, plenty of dark berry fruit, but also fascinating notes of tobacco and spice.

  big brambly red fruit. ripe mid with raspberry. alc is present but not terribly obtrusive. rustic and sweet finish. good.
