Dinner with Marius (Trier, Germany): High toned petrol and herbs. Medium weight, beautiful concentration, moderate acidity, and a complex swirl of mineral and savory flavors more than any one identifiable fruit. Fascinating and outstanding.

blind vs Keller Morstein 2007 This time both were very close. No winner. Both a bit too broad and not precise in the finish. Honey, yellow stone fruits. The Keller with burnt candy floss. Both 92-93

What a superb wine. Still crisp and fresh with lemon zest and a chalky note that reminds me of Keller’s Abtserde. This has many years to go, amazing for this warm vintage

In der Nase wie eine Abtserde von Keller, Am Gaumen Zitrus, reifer weißer Pfirsich. Schier unendliche Länge. Keinerlei Alterungserscheinungen. Einfach sehr gut.

I wouldn't wait longer. Nicely well structured Riesling but more with ripe yellow stone fruits than refreshing lime notes. 92-93
