  BYO at Ariana II (Ariana II, Kilburn): This was a very pleasant surprise, with a compelling balance of maturity and freshness, polish and nuance. Some green and herbal notes: mint and green pepper, followed by fresh and perfumed black cherry, blackcurrant and really prominent violets. Such a sense of life and agility against a background of woody cedar and tobacco. Red and dark fruit on the palate, on the ripe side in a satisfying way with some grain to the tannins and proper acidity. Totally delicious and has loads of development potential from here. Great stuff.
