Rockss and Fruit

(Stein Blauschiefer Riesling Trocken) This is the type of dry Riesling I would love to see more in the US at stores or on restaurant wine lists. 10.5% alcohol and minimal amounts of residual sugar. Lovely aromas strawberriess, blue slate, mineral and some yeast. The palate is racy and mineral with wonderful inner mouth minerality. Focused and linear with a nice mid palate and long finish. Excellent complexity yet so easy to drink.
