  Great acidity, balanced tanins. Reached its peak. And loved the wood!!! Great for spicy food!

  Perfumed floral nose, lush pure red fruits with a real dusty cocoa note.
  Classic Rioja on the palate. Moderate body that showcases tart but fruity notes of raspberry, mulberries and unripe strawberry. A healthy flavor of worn wood is quite present but not overbearing. Mocha, violets, and espresso bean notes really jump out and present themselves in a very dignified fashion. The tannins are well integrated and this has loads of potential for long term aging.
  Drink now but will improve through 2025.
  Outstanding Quality. 91 pts.

  A mellow wine, showing some aged characteristics. It really opened up on the second night, with floral and cedar notes and a tasty finish. Went great with truffled mushroom soup.
