Rich and creamy, kirsch and white pepper, the fruit almost primary. No change on day 2, tremendous showing for this wine. No hurry. With Niels at La Contadine.

Served blind and what a great surprise. I managed to guess Des Tours, but much younger. It's creamy, oppulent, very local, heavy on the Grenache, kirsch, plenty of garrigue. Very much a Reynaud-wine. No hurry to drink this #Bagnols-en-Fôret

Bottle with perfect cork, wine is on the ripe side, sweet fruit, plum, a little bit of port, tannins are very delicate, great balance, but would drink up soon

On the ripe side, bordering on too ripe, displaying marks of kirsch liqueur, white pepper and asian spices. Flamboyant and rich, plenty of fruit, hints of rhum/raisin. I’ve had better bottles of this. Make sure to serve appropriately cold.

Brimming with notes of kirsch and raspberry fruit, spices and earth, this is still a young wine, very Reynaud with it’s understated, elegant fruit. Absolutely delicious now, but will keep another 5-10 years I think.
