The color has evolved to more of a light tinted orange. Flavor has similarly evolved with some fruit (persimmon, dried apricot) and greater prominence of minerals. Still possesses good acidity as evidenced by its crisp finish. A subtle and graceful wine.

A few years past prime. Still nice to drink but low key and very mineral, not much fruit left.

Second bottle. Reddish pale coper color. Dry. Minerals. Fruit is diminished: tart fruit (gooseberries). High acid finish. Past prime.

Impressive rosé with a steely and pungent mouth feeling. Very focused. Serious and great stuff.
