  Last bottle, and the best of the lot. Opaque but not impenetrable red. Savory aromas. Well-entrenched ripe fruit. Well-rounded without being fat. Extremely good value for this bottle.

  9/5/2015 - Italiana Does not like this wine:

  Cork removal and initial pour very promising, emerging from the bottle with fresh clear deep cherry red color. Then puzzling aromas. . .interesting but not identifiable. Disjoint, out of balance flavors, with a preponderance of bitterness lasting through the finish. Not enjoyable.

  Agree with seangreen66's notes, pretty much spot on. We had with filet and red wine reduction, worked very well. Wish I had some more of this one.

  On the nose barnyard, leather, dark fruit ,with a hint of smoke.
  Palate: The dark plum fades a little bit,blackberry w/ fine tannins, white pepper, a herbal touch with a nice present acidity. Great with lamb. medium long finish.
  Great value. Better served to newbies, and relaxed oldbies.
