  • Clear pale ruby with legs

Open for an hour and half, with the sweet aroma of red cherry, strawberries, pleasant red flower perfume, hint of sweet spiciness of liquorice and clove with territory aroma of herbal, tobacco, earthiness and tea leaves. The wine is still developing.

Very clean, Dry and medium + acidity , low tannin, medium body, medium alcohol and medium + flavour intensity, all aroma on palate with a hint of herbal and savoury flavour, just like drinking an old aged tea. It is very enjoyable where the only thing that you may not satisfied is about the complexity. It is best match with Chinese dishes even steam fish, and seafood such as clams. Last but not least, it is surely best match with "Chinese Marinade Duck".

It is a very good and elegant wine and even though some non wine lovers still find that is very enjoyable. I love it very much, Although 07 is not a very good vintage, I believe the wine maker has shown his effort on this wine already. Drink now and can be aged for 5 more years without any doubt.
