  Nur kurz dekantiert, fein und vielschichtig in der Nase, Walderdbeere, Kirsche, typische, hier leicht süßliche Pinot-Würze, Sandelholz.
  
  Am Gaumen im ersten Antrunk vielleicht etwas zu weich, aber der unterschwellige Säurenerv hält den Wein zusammen. Vorwiegend roter Fruchtkern, aromatisch dicht, aber sehr klar und hält lange nach. Schöne Pinot-Würze, mineralische Noten, im Abgang eine ganz feine Extraktsüße und noch etwas Tannin.
  
  13% Alkohol, biodynamisch, für unter 50 EUR ein wirklich guter Wert. Macht jetzt schon Spaß aber hat mit Sicherheit noch 8-10 gute Jahre vor sich.

  Le Domaine de la Vougeraie des fois c'est bon des fois non .
  
  Heureusement une superbe bouteille , un fruité bien contrôlé confiture de framboise , Cassis , Épices Orientales et Balsamique un nez enjôleur
  
  De la finesse en bouteille c'est délicieux et la longueur est étonnante.
  
  J'achète = Oui !

  Excellente bouteille de bourgogne. A été sublime avec les légumes grillés/fromage de chèvre/balsamique et le tartare de boeuf.
  Framboise en attaque. Belle bouche avec quelques aspérités taniques (tannins bien fondus, très doux). On regoute la framboise, cerise noire, effet un peu gomme balloune avec une quasi-impression de Sucrosité. La bouteille se siffle en moins de 2. Meilleur vers la fin du repas après 2-3h, le vin a pris de l'ampleur et plus loquace avec une grande ampleur aromatique vers la fin.
  Belle bouteille, à presque 100$, faut y penser deux fois..
  RQP ***1/2, mais dans l'absolu, c'était délicieux.
