  • Spoon/HK/ Dinner. With shoulder of rabbit, petits fours. Velvet colour, pink hue. Light efferescent nose of forest berries. Round and sugary mouthfeel. Slight acidity on back palate. Strawberries, cherry bonbon. Nice light wine. Ready to drink.

  • I really enjoyed this but it isn't very Burgundian. Could easily be mistaken for a new-world pinot both on the nose and the palate, though with less heat and a bit more mineral. Fruit forward cherry and cola with some spicy vanilla and undercurrents of mineral and crushed raspberries. This seems to be built for the short term.

  • A strong nose of smokey oak and red berries. On the palette, vanilla, oak, and tart red berries are coming through, with a nice amount of acid. Seems well integrated with not a lot of tannin, this is early approachable and not built for the long haul.
