Brought up from the cellar for 30 minutes. Noticed slight brick color on the first light pour. Light Syrah flavors with a touch of vinegar, smoke and dried cherries. I think this bottle is in decline and past prime! EG, #winearchitect; #architecturalartistry . . . . #delashermitage; #lesbessards; #hermitage

This bottle was probably not as well stored as the last one. Slightly stewy flavors on the nose, less so on the palate. Otherwise a nice wine, still enjoyable, but a slightly compromised bottle.
