  Medium garnet colour. Ripe dark fruit, plum, sour cherry, beetroot, light chocolate, gamy notes, herbal notes, spices, roasted notes, toast, and gravelly minerality, with medium-level acidity, firm tannin, and very good length. Full and bold, and a little rustic, with lightly warming alcohol. The Mourvèdre (about 1/3 of the blend) is easy to recognize. Consistent, with softer tannin on day two. Drink now and over the next five years.

  Good, ripe, sweet fruit, beetroot, floral notes, spices, gamy notes and nice minerality, with medium-level acidity, ripe tannin and good length. Ripe and broad, yet fairly balanced, with ripe tannin, good concentration and good complexity. The wine drank well after two hours in the decanter. Good value. Drink now and over the next seven or eight years.

  Rouge profond, frange orangée. Limpide, plutôt dense et charmant. Au nez, du cuir, des arômes faisandées, du poivre, du clou de girofle, des nuances mentholées, des fleurs mauves, des mûres, cerises noires, du cassis, des notes fumées et de vieux bois. Attaque nette, droite, fraicheur, des tanins bien bâtis, à gros grains. Un alcool généreux qui accompagne des goûts de fruits noirs, de viande et d’épices. Une bouche ample et étoffée, de durée moyennement longue. Un modèle des vins riches du Languedoc, un bon rapport qualité-prix.
