  Dark red. Brings a lot of raspberry in the nose, quite fresh and fruit driven. Soft raspberry flavours and a refreshing finish, not at all tannic.

  Bill's Monthly Lunch - October 2012 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – Deep red. Dark and sweet red fruits dominate the nose with loads of acidity and zero tannins on the palate with sweet and riper fruit flavours. This is lush but the lively acidity keeps it fresh. Drink now and for another 5 years. Very good.

  Rustico um pouco no comeco e depois de tempo de copo melhorou bem. Deve evoluir na garrafa.

  This is a really easy drinking dolcetto. Matched perfectly with a plate of tajarin with butter sage sauce and white truffle. Has nice vibrant acidity with blackberry fruit and a citrus zing. The finish is short but fresh. It's not what you'd expect from this bottle (and I wouldn't pay the usual price) but I found this bottle for $15 and it's worth every cent.
