Popped (or unscrewed really) and poured. Paired with Thai lentil soup. Low alcohol, just a touch of sweetness and very refreshing. Would purchase again.

Popped (twisted actually) and poured. Very clear color. Nose wasn't giving up much tonight, let it get a bit warmer and no change. Flavors of tart apple and apricot. Very crisp acidic streak cuts through food nicely. Somewhat short on the finish. Would purchase again.

Paired with cod in a tomato cream sauce. Wonderfully bright acidity. Very floral nose that bordered on spicy. Flavors of kiwi, lime and pear. The acidic streak down the mid palate was extremely refreshing. Nice clean finish. Would purchase again.

Paired with Thanksgiving dinner. Nice streak of acidity that cut right through the food. Just enough residual sugar to push the fruit flavors to the front of the palate. Very nice bottle of wine. Enough so that I went back to the winery and purchased 3 more.

Still good after all of these years. Enjoyed in our Battersea/Balham garden on a sunny summer evening.
