Straw yellow. Clean, aromatic nose with pronounced floral, honeysuckle component. Green apple, lemon and gooseberry on the nose and palate. High acidity and minerality. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, this wine has a lot of complexity and nuance to please many palates and accompany a wide range of foods. I did not discern any sweetness, but it does have layers of clean fruit which may be mistaken for sweetness. It appears rich and full bodied although only 13% alc. Very nice long finish. It is better served on the colder end of the spectrum as it tends to become a little flabby as it approaches room temperature. Highly recommended. Drink now or within a year.

Like last review - nice solid white. Light on the acid/tartness factor - clean, some citrus and lemon notes on the finish. Very food friendly, and i think it has a good qpr for what it offers.

Really like this wine. I used about 1/4 in the white clam sauce for some linguine al a vongole and sipped a bit while cooked. Then served it with the linguine. This has a fresh and lively citrus element with a hint of smoke that strikes a nice counterbalance. Framed by tropical fruits, this wine is nicely structured and with a good long finish.

(Cantina Terlano Terlaner Classico) Produced since the inception of the winery in 1893, generally with about 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, it is Terlano’s biggest seller around the world. Light yellow in color, the wine shows tropical fruits and light yeasty notes. The Chardonnay adds a round mouthfeel, and the finish is persistent. Alto Adige
