  I'm a recent Vajra convert based on the Barolo and the Langhe Rosso so I took a leap of faith combined with a two endorsements from local store employees on this one. I was told this is an amazing white and I love whites. This would make a really nice $12 Grillo IMO. Fairly simple but lean and pleasant with a short finish. Not the layered facinating wine I had hoped for from a great producer using the noble Riesling grape and great terrior. Defintely not worth the $35 price tag. Others at the dinner seemed to agree it was pretty pedestrian. I seem to have more misses with Italian whites than hits.
