  Much much better than the one I had a few years ago. Kept changing in the glass and adding complexity. Really well made and no hurry to open at all.

  Bruno Clair's 2008 Clos de Bèze is acid-driven and a bit savory, almost green. Better with air, as it gains some depth to the red fruit, but this never has the fruit I want. Maybe better with a few more years rest.

  Some nice Burgundies (Chicago, IL): Partially it's the Clair style, but I don't think that the 2008 vintage did this wine any favours in terms of weight. It's a little stemmy, and this wine shows a lot of acid structure as opposed to anything else. It's relatively large-scaled in the scheme of things, and the tannins and acid aren't completely overwhelming the fruit, but it does feel that the wine is moving in that direction.

  樱桃、蔓越莓和一点山楂的酸果味道，甘草、八角和少许湿地气息。香气已经进入发展成熟的阶段，所以丰富性并不欠缺——只是也并不出众。多汁的酸度和略显生涩的单宁影响了酒的愉悦感，但相比某些成熟年份的出品，也多了一点乡野趣味。取决于站在哪种审美角度。
