Much better than expected. Nice nose of golden apple, pears, and lychee. On the palate, lychee, apple, and white peach. Still had a little cut on the finish. Drink now.

Very similar to the prior bottle opened, although I will say that there was initially a bit of zingy-effervecence which worried me initially but it disappeared after about 15 minutes. Went quite well with the chinese food that we paired it with.

Still drinking absolutely wonderfully well. Just classic reisling nose, taste, body. The off-sweet nature of the wine has allowed it to continue to drink nicely several years past its "official age of demise". Should drink very well through 2013. A steal at $9/bottle.
