  Clear light reddish purple and a nose of pinot funk on opening that took a few hours to blow off leaving some tart cherry and rascranberry. This was still firm and rounded with deep fruit character and a bright acidity to go with food. Short finish, but firm to the end.

  On opening just a tad of pinot funk that lurked awhile before disipating, and a tart aroma of sour dark cherries...a firm and full rounded fruit structure with a pretty good balance of acidity, short but nice finish. Enough substance to cellar a little longer.

  Rich purplish hue and a pleasing full nose of rounded cherries and sharp berries. Not a vibrant entry but a very pleasing and smooth grip that tended to hang on a while. The fruit tended to be a little stronger in balance than the acidity, but not by much. A nice drinker.
