hazy notes. Nice Barossa shiraz here, with gamy and peppery notes on the full bodied - but not OTT - palate: there's licorice and plums too. Nice balance of power and balance (A-).

Note after 48 hours. This has become more full since first opening. Very good nose. Lots of black fruit on the palate, but finishes with some tannins that just dry out the mouth.

This wine introduces itself with a nose of licorice and berry fruit. In the mouth it reveals a multitude of berry fruit flavours, supported by an ample body and silky consistency. The Bishop then finishes up with some chewy tannins and a slighly heated lingering 5 second finish. Overall, a suave shiraz representing good value for money.

Brick red, some dusty red fruits and hints of vanilla. Gentle tannins. Drying out a bit.

Blackberry, dark fruit abounds but excellent balance and very smooth after 30 min decanting. Very nice.
