Dinner with Pablo and Al at Pascal's in Coral Gables. This wine was delicious, and clearly the red of the night over 1986 Beychevelle (nice) and Pavie (mediocre). Everyone agreed this tasred young and had a nice long life ahead, but it was a pleasure to enjoy that night, especially with my veal loin entree. Lovely cherry aroma. Full bodied,yet velvety. Very good length. Evolved wonderfully over the night. Try next bottle in 2-3 years.
