  • Medium body, bright cherry red color, elegantly aromatic, black fruits, floral, earthy and peppery aroma, black currants, herbal notes, pepper and complement minerality on the palate, matured fruits on finish, medium long finish, rich but light and elegant, complex and well balanced, nice acidity, moderate tannins, food friendly. Well associated with roasted liver or red meat. Serve 16º - 22º. Open at least one hour in advance. Completely mature. Drink now and next three years.
