Youngish color. Perfect cork. Would have benefited from an hour or two in the decanter, as the wine was closed at first on opening, and then the after some time in the glass began to show beautiful, though secondary aromas (think tea, spices, earth), and then after some time it closed down again. There's some tannic structure left, though it's rounded, and my guess is this wine has many many years to go before it peaks.

During a Paulee dinner so only brief impressions. Wonderful showing, bright red fruit with tertiary notes, polished tannins, good freshness. Very elegant. Loved it.

Pob Gala dinner: quite secondary. The wine lacks complexity of a musigny in a great vintage. It is still enjoyable but definitely over the peak.

Silk, balance and elegance. Hints of the musigny minerality, lush silky soft fred fruits, rich and mouth coating, a beautiful wine
