  We drank a bottle tonight. Was quite lightweight but full of apple flavours when we opened it but over the next 45 minutes it gained complexity and became increasingly interesting. Went wonderfully with lobster and salad. Glad I have a few more bottles. Not feeling under any pressure to drink up.

  Drank my last bottle. I am afraid it has gone over the top and is at the end of it's life. Still remains of a lovely wine

  Tiltalende nese av gulfrukt, modne epler og litt autolysepreg. Malo?
  Stor intensitet i anslaget med flott moden frukt.
  Flott friskhet og den virker ungdommelig til tross for den modne frukten.
  Lang finish som prikker i munnhulen.

  Honning, brioche, kirsebær, røde epler, melis og våt stein. Veldig frisk, bra energi, rik stil men fokusert. Følger opp nesen. Lang, syredreven avslutning. Pen modning, fortsatt sprek. 89-90 p.

  Tilbakeholden duft av lekker sitrus, friske epler og hint av fruktyoghurt.
  Utvikler seg til mer modne epler og litt vanilje. Meget elegant munnfølelse og medium konsentrasjon.
  Flott friskhet i midtpartiet, og så roer den seg litt før den knaller til med prikkende sitrus i finishen. Fin lengde. 91p
  Et noe svakt "poff" ved åpning ga grobunn for Sherry-angst, men totalt ubegrunnet!
  En frisk og elegant Champagne fra et år som kanskje ikke er så vanlig å snuble over hele tiden.
