Consumed over 2 days, note from day 2 - left open on the counter for 24 hours - chilled before serving 2nd evening. Nose: Medium expressiveness, pear, white flowers, and a hint of butter. Palate: Medium bodied, slightly creamy mouth-feel, sweet citrus fruit attack - canned pears, decent acidic backbone, a little hollow thru the mid-palate, mineral component appears towards the back-end. Finish: Medium length dominated by canned pear flavor. Performed quite well for $12 and being exposed to 24 hours of air at room temperature.

This wine is great QPR. The nose is elder flower, honey and gun flint. On the palate the wine remains varietally typical with great viogniercharacteristics: apricot, honey, mouth filling fleshiness. Really enjoyed this. A little short perhaps- but a solid wine. Drink now- don't wait.

I really like the white wines made from Viognier and this wine was recommended from my local wine retailer. My hopes were high, but must admit, I am a little disapointed... Even though the alcohol is only 13,5% I actually feel some heat.... The nose is great and typical Viognier: Apple, smoked banana, pear and peach. But I miss some of the sweetness that is typical for the Viognier... The wine is not bad, but still....
