Ongoing pleasant to drink. Cellared for 2 years in a non climate controlled Australian cellar and going well. Some tanins. Quite smooth. Above an LBV.

Quite closed. There is some mature notes on the nose. Palate is well balanced with ripe acid and tannins on the way to be more mature. I miss complexity.

Ready to go now. Lacking in body but good value. I’ll open one a year for the next 5 so let’s see. Nil tannins so may as well get into it now really.

Enofusión 2019; 1/28/2019-1/30/2019 (IFEMA - Madrid): Profound and dark purple colour. Really rear single quinta. Plenty of aromas of tear and hits of garrigue aside a weak yet mineral and funded caramel memory. In the mouth it is hot, short and monotonous.
Too young to be enjoyed.
Profundo y oscuro color violáceo. Muy crudo. Viene cargado de aromas a alquitranes y golpes dulces de algarrobas un vago recuerdo mineral y de caramelo fundido. En boca se muestra muy caliente, corto y monótono. Demasiado joven.

NobleRottersSydney - Langtons Classification (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {375ml, cork, 22%} Nutty raspberries with a spirit quality. There’s a black core of fruit on the palate, with flavours of dust and earth; it’s more rich than sweet. Nicely structured, very drinkable. More satisfying than the adjacent Noval LBV.
