  • On opening, light black cherry nose, with some mushroom. Light color, surprisingly no bricking. Mild tannins and somewhat high acidity from start through the finish, with red cherry and cranberry upfront and the cherry carrying on into a light but long finish. Light bodied, delicate, but tasty. 12.7%

+60 minutes, the mushroom nose has blown off, the mild cherry nose remained. The tannins have partially disappeared as well, exposing the acidity more. Still delicate, more cranberry than cherry, still good length.

+120- +180 minutes, the wine remains as it as was 60 minutes in the decanter.

Tasty with good length, but not complex
