  Dissapointing. Was definitely closed. Some pleasantly earthy aromas (with hints of herbal mint) Showed very little flavour on the palate. Mouthfeel was rough, earthy, which could have yeilded backbone had there been a fruitiness to accent, braced with some acidity. But sans balance, this just ended up feeling harsh. Probably opened at the wrong stage of development. Oh well, still learning.
